Beyond Beauty Project
Welcome to the Beyond Beauty Project — a movement to help improve our self-esteem and confidence around body image and mental health.

I invite you to come on a journey with me to discover your own path to self-loving beauty care. I appreciate a nice skin cream and I love feeling great in a dress, but I truly believe our real beauty comes from within our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

BBP has created a safe space for conversations surrounding beauty in our society. Let’s start a new narrative about how feeling beautiful on the inside is really what it’s all about. Let’s expand the conversations of being beautiful at every age and with all kinds of bodies and skin types. Let’s send a healthier message to ourselves and to our children. Let’s continue fighting towards equality by building each other up with confidence, strong voices, and self-love.
On my podcast, I dive into real and raw conversations with women from diverse backgrounds, ages, and professions. We talk about our hopes, joys, and fears about our own beauty and mental health. In our journal, I include pieces reflecting on my personal experiences – as well as featuring contributing writers who provide their knowledge, expertise, and thoughts on a variety of unique topics in hopes of educating and inspiring others. We also offer customizable workshops where I discuss the significance of prioritizing self-love, becoming in tune with your mind, body, and spirit and ditching the patriarchal standards of beauty and value. In my one-on-one coaching sessions, my mission is to help you get back in tune with your intuition so you can feel your most beautiful from the inside out. We will also work together to discover your own path to self-care.
With the work we are doing to ditch the patriarchal standards and break down the barriers to true beauty and self-worth, my hope is that our children will have these healthier beliefs someday. I realize healing and growing is a journey that never ends, so I look forward to sharing what I’ve discovered works for me and learning from each of you!

We are all in this together! Little by little.
Xx,
