This summer truly brought me to my knees — my feet felt like someone swiped them right out from under me.

It terrified me, humbled me, and sent me spiraling down rabbit holes in search of answers.

Lyme and mold toxicity, coupled with the stress of life, brought everything to a full stop — a pace my body demanded, even when my spirit resisted.

I spent the past few months reading, researching, listening, learning, crying, sleeping, surrendering, and connecting with others walking a similarly confusing road.

I questioned everything — my body, my strength, my faith, my ability to keep going.

My confidence wavered. My world shrank.

But through it all, my grit and resilience showed up for me.

Healing has a way of breaking you wide open, but it also rebuilds you — piece by piece — into someone more grounded, more grateful, and more you. 🤍
