This work is about rebuilding trust with your body and learning how to support it with care rather than control.

The Philosophy
Dear Body Coaching is rooted in the principle of bio-individuality and lived experience, to build self-trust through exploration. No “fixing” or forcing; an intimate space for an inside-out approach that begins with you — your body, your rhythms, and your needs.
Together, we’ll move through the layers—beliefs, conditioning, and cultural pressures—that have pulled you away from yourself, guiding you back into connection with your body and intuition.
Because no two bodies, or lives, are the same, this work is deeply individualized.
This is not therapy, but a supportive coaching experience rooted in building habits that feel sustainable, grounded, and aligned.
This work is not about fixing your body. It’s about befriending it.
Every body is different. There is no one right way, only your way.
The Reality of Living Outside of Your Body
Wellness trends, beauty standards, and consumerism promise the answer to feeling better in our bodies, but the noise they create forms a false reality that disconnects us from our internal signals.
On a body-autonomy level, this can look like:
Overriding your body’s signals: Ignoring hunger, fatigue, or rest in order to meet external expectations.
Trading presence for appearance: Focusing more on how your body looks than on how it actually feels in daily life.
Controlled care: Turning wellness into another system of discipline where self-care must be earned.
One-size-fits-all wellness: Following routines and rules that ignore the truth that every body and life is different.
All of this is exhausting, not because you inherently hate your body, but because external fixes disconnect you from your body.
Reclaiming that agency begins with learning how to listen to your body again.

This 3-month coaching experience offers the space, consistency, and support needed to reconnect with your body and rebuild self-trust in a meaningful way.
Through regular sessions and gentle guidance between meetings, we work together to explore your relationship with your body, your wellness patterns, and the rhythms of your daily life.
This option is ideal for those who want deeper support and a steady container for creating sustainable change.

A one-time session designed to help you pause, connect with your body, and gain clarity around a specific challenge or transition.
This session can be helpful if you’re curious about the work or simply need support navigating a particular moment in your wellness journey.
Together, we’ll explore what your body may be asking for and identify next steps that feel supportive and sustainable.
