Cat Pierce
Beauty of the Month
This month, we’re shining a light on Cat Pierce, a woman whose evolution feels as magnetic as her art. A true multi-hyphenate creator, Cat has woven music, painting, tarot, beauty rituals, and storytelling into a life defined by reinvention. After rebuilding her world in her late 30s, she stepped into her 40s with a deeper sense of power and purpose. Now, Cat is crafting jewelry, intuitive tarot decks, and Omen Beauty’s soul-nourishing potions, with a side of witty unlicensed therapy. Cat reminds us that beauty grows richer with courage, creativity, and the willingness to begin again.

“Perfection is a silence that kills your voice. Choose expression over precision.”
Cat Pierce is a multi-hyphenate creator—singer of The Pierces, writer, painter, tarot deck creator, and founder of Omen Beauty. After her marriage ended at 39 and her music career slowed, she rebuilt her life from the ground up and discovered her true power in reinvention. Now in her 40s, she creates art, storytelling, and soul-driven beauty rituals that inspire women to choose evolution over expiration and step boldly into their next chapter.

How did you break out of the box of perfectionism?
Cat Pierce: I found myself single again in my late 30s, watching a career I’d poured my life into slow down. For a moment, I believed the lie so many women are sold...that if you don’t “make it” young, your story is over. But life wasn’t ending. It was inviting me to begin again. I broke out of the box of societal timelines and discovered that identity isn’t fixed, it’s fluid. Reinvention is always available. We are endless as long as we choose to believe in that possibility is too!
What advice would you give your younger self about the pressure to be perfect?
Cat: Perfection is a silence that kills your voice. Choose expression over precision. Choose courage over control. Begin and the masterpiece reveals itself through movement. Don't be afraid to flail and fail publicly. It's the fastest way to grow and learn.
"Beauty is ENERGY."
How has your perception of beauty and success changed over the years?
Cat: In my 20s and 30s, I thought beauty and success were things you chased...external markers of approval, youth, perfection, achievement. Now I see them differently. Beauty is ENERGY. It’s how you move through the world, how deeply you feel, how fully you allow yourself to live. For me, success is less about numbers or validation, it’s creative freedom, emotional peace, and building a life that feels uniquely mine.

What helps you live authentically?
Cat: Tapping into my intuition. Choosing friends and events and activities that nourish me. Realizing that we are all evolving and shifting and accepting and loving myself through whatever phase I'm in at the moment.
How do you practice self-love?
Cat: I provide myself with 4 vital things in equal measure: Compassion. Nourishment. Discipline. Challenge.
What are ways you honor your body?
Cat: Gratitude is number one! What a job it's doing for you...I mean wow! Number two is listening to it and giving it what it needs so it can keep doing its job to the best of it's ability.
