This work is not about fixing your body. It’s about befriending it.

Dear Body is rooted in the principle of bio-individuality and lived experience to build self-trust through exploration. No “fixing” or changing; an intimate space for an inside-out approach that begins with your internal state. Together, you and Bridgett will work through layers of beliefs, internalized conditioning, and …. to align with the natural rhythms of your body. This is not therapy, but rather an alternative experience to help you create habits that feel sustainable rather than overwhelming.

Every body is different. There is no one right way, only your way.

Hidden Truths of Living Outside Your Body

Living in today’s media-obsessed world, following trends, and being overwhelmed by consumerism create a false reality that clouds your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

What’s happening on a body-autonomy level:

  • Overriding your body’s signals:  

  • We trade presence for appearance: relationships, etc. 

  • Controlled care: pleasure belongs in wellness

  • Media & consumerism demand obedience: rhythms that support real life—not rules that demand it, moving away/coping with the noise 

  • One-size-fit-all:

All of this is exhausting, not because you inherently hate your body, but because external fixes disconnect you from your body.

 

We, as women, have lost agency over how to care for ourselves.
